Have you discussed with the lab that did the testing? That should be who you speak with on helping you understand the results.

My husband and his new found brother took DNA tests to see if they are full brothers or half. They know they had the same mother but neither knows there father. They took a 46 marker test and matched 35 out of 46. The first 12 markers they matched 10 out of 12. Can you help us determine the results?
